The Charleston Police Department Tuesday will recognize four individuals who it said have dedicated their lives to serving others.
In recognition of February being Black History Month, the department will host its Fourth Annual Celebration of Black History Ceremony at 10 a.m. Wednesday in City Council chambers, according to a news release from the police department.
The department plans to honor Coston Davis Jr., Paul Sheridan, Thomas Tolliver Sr. and Special Agent Ronald Layton.
