Three Grayson McDonald's employees are recovering in the hospital after a small fire broke out at the restaurant around 6 p.m. Monday.
Firefighters say the deep fryer caught on fire and the three workers sustained smoke inhalation. Their manager went to the hospital with them to make sure they were okay.
The building suffered some water damage and the restaurant will be closed for the rest of the night.
