Fireworks continue at the Cabell County Commission meetings.
Commissioners Nancy Cartmill and Anne Yon voted not to re-appoint Commissioner Bob Bailey to the Cabell County Services Organization board.
Bailey has served on the board for 12 years.
At the last commission meeting, Yon claimed Bailey made sexist remarks to her during a disagreement.
Bailey said the other commissioners never showed up for work.
"I told them they're not doing the public right," Bailey said. "You run for an office, you got elected, but you never come to it, but you get your paychecks every two weeks. So that's my complaint with the two commissioners."
Yon said that's simply not true.
"The last two meetings have been heated," Yon said. "It's unfortunate, it doesn't need to be that way."
