FATAL ACCIDENT Ohio Teenager Dies In Accident, Three Others Injured

An Ohio teenager is dead after an accident in Gallia County, Ohio.
The accident happened on Fairview Road around 3:00 p.m. Friday.
Officers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol say 18-year-old Brianna Byus lost control of her Chevy Blazer, ran off the side of the road and struck a ditch. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to flip and land on its top.
Byus' passenger, 18-year-old Bethany Hackney, died from her injuries. Byus and two other passengers in the vehicle were taken to the hospital, but are expected to recover.
Investigators say Byus was the only person in the car wearing a seatbelt.
The crash is under investigation and charges are pending.
