West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin will deliver the State of the State Address Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.
The annual speech, delivered from the House chamber of the West Virginia state capitol, will air on various media outlets throughout the state.
The Legislature convened Jan. 9. The first day of session is scheduled for Feb. 13. Tomblin is expected to send a budget proposal to the body next week.
Budget cuts called for by Tomblin will shave $75 million from state spending.
