Troopers seized 7 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop in Jackson County, Ohio.
Andrew P. Riggen, 27, of Garrett Ind., was charged with possession of marijuana. Troopers stopped a car on U.S. 35 about noon Thursday and found a backpack with 7 pounds of marijuana in the trunk, according to a news release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers estimate the value of the pot worth nearly $32,000.
