Allegations of raw sewage in the basement and a leaky roof. Those are a few of the problems some say are plaguing a fraternity house in Huntington.
The city of Huntington was called to inspect the Alpha Sigma Phi frat house.
Students had gone to a fraternity adviser at Marshall University upset, saying the roof was leaking, sewage was in the basement and the heater wasn't working.
Dean of Students Steve Hensley said it's a troubling concern.
"We've got students living in less than habitable conditions," Hensley said.
Dennis Johnson, property owner says the problems have been fixed but other fraternities are speaking out saying frat's who rent from Johnson experience similar problems.
Johnson said he always manages his properties well, and claims the fraternity members tear things up and owe him money.
"Frat row is an animal in itself," Johnson said. "They are hard (to manage) and we are on top of things, but we had some people behind in payment, they're in the process of being evicted and that's stirred up concern.
