A trial date has been set for a man charged with killing his wife in Huntington.
Harry Lee Smith, 68, is charged with first-degree murder. Investigators said he shot his wife, Constance, in July 2011. Smith allegedly admitted to prosecutors that he shot his wife in their East Pea Ridge home, but that it was accidental.
