An Ohio man convicted of murdering his daughter-in-law and dumping her body in a septic tank will not face the death penalty.
On Wednesday, a jury decided to spare the life of William Inman, 48, instead sentencing him to life with mercy.
Earlier in the week, Inman was found guilty for his role in the murder of his daughter-in-law, Summer Inman, 25. Inman denies killing the young woman.
Summer Inman was strangled and her body was dumped into a septic tank.
William Inman's son and wife were convicted last year for their roles in the murder.
