A Huntington man was charged with sexual abuse of a child after a victim claims she was raped.
Terry Cutlip, 37, of Huntington was charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. In September 2012, West Virginia state troopers responded to St. Mary's Medical Center after a child said she was sexually assaulted. The victim said that the abuse had been going on for two years.
Cutlip was being held at the Western Regional Jail and bond was set at $250,000.
