A former Huntington councilman has died after receiving injuries in a car wreck.
Nolan Grubb, 61, died on Wednesday at St. Mary's Medical Center. Grub was involved in a car accident Jan. 18. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Grubb's car hit another car that was stopped at a red light on U.S. 52 in Lawrence County, Ohio. Grubb and two other people were taken to the hospital for injuries.
Grubb served on Huntington City Council from 1989 to 1997. Grubb ran for the District 2 seat of council in 2012 and lost.
