Police said that a Boone County teenager who had been missing for 10 days has been found.
Octavia Smoot, 17, of Madison went missing Jan. 25.
The teen was talking to Madison police Monday, and no other details were being released just yet. Keep checking wchstv.com for updates.
The search continued Monday for a Boone County teenager who was last seen 10 days ago.
Octavia Smoot, 17, of Madison has been missing since Jan. 25.
Family members have planned a prayer vigil for the teen on Wednesday at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Madison beginning at 6 p.m.
Octavia has brown eyes, stands about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 126 pounds.

Octavia Smoot has been missing from since Jan. 25.
The teen was last seen wearing black sweat pants and a black hoodie that both have lettering that says, “Renee’s School of Dance.” The lettering is across the chest of the hoodie and down the side of the pants. She also was wearing a tan color hat. The teen has brown eyes, stands about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 126 pounds.
