Two men pleaded not guilty Tuesday to sexual assault charges in separate cases during arraignments in Kanawha County Circuit Court.
Albert Lacey, 63, of Charleston is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault.
The victim told police that he and his aunt were staying with Lacey in his Kent Street home at the time of the alleged assaults. He said he would be sleeping in his room when Lacey would come in and force him to have sex with him.
Lacey is currently in the South Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond. His trial is scheduled for March 4.
In a separate court case, Dennis A. Dent of Scott Depot will go to trial Feb. 25 for third-degree sexual assault. Dent is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Judge Louis "Duke" Bloom presided over both cases.
