A meth lab bust in Parkersburg landed one man behind bars.
Police said they were trying to serve two felony warrants Monday on Ricky Lee Stull for a meth lab investigation in 2012.
Officers received a tip that Stull was staying at a home on Love Hill Road and went to the home. When they knocked on the door, a man answered the door and told officers that Stull might be staying in the camper behind the house.
Officers knocked on the camper door and said Stull answered the door and they could smell a strong odor of chemicals. They said they asked Stull if any illegal substances were in the camper and he admitted there were pills and "dope' in a sock next to him. He also allegedly admitted that there was pseudoephedrine and other items used to cook meth.
Stull was taken to the North Central Regional Jail charged with operating a meth lab.
