A man is facing several charges after police said he chased a Huntington woman to her apartment and forced his way inside.
Seth O. Davis, 20, of Miami, W.Va., was charged with burglary, assault, public intoxication and obstructing. On Saturday, police said a woman was chased to her apartment in the 1600 block of Sixth Avenue by the suspect, according to a criminal complaint in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
The woman told police the suspect forced his way inside her apartment and threatened her, the complaint said. When police arrived, police said, they found the suspect inside the apartment claiming to live there. Police said the victim told them she did not know him.
