A traffic stop turns into a meth bust in Kanawha County.
Sheriff's deputies say they pulled over Norman Duff on Route 60 near St. Albans Sunday for crossing the center line. They say he was driving without a license because of a prior meth charge.
When deputies searched Duff's car, they say they found meth making materials in the trunk and other areas of the vehicle.
