A school bus and a passenger car were involved in an accident in Charleston on Monday afternoon, but no students on the bus were injured, police said.
Dispatchers said the accident happened on Cantley Drive and Wilkie Drive about 3 p.m.
Firefighters said the driver of a passenger car hit the back side of the bus while trying to make a turn.
Charleston police said 11 students were on the bus, but there were no injuries. The driver of the car was treated at the scene.
