Deputies arrested two people after discovering meth-making material inside of an apartment complex.
Rachel J. Dailey, 27, of Culloden and Juan C. Chavez, 26, of West Hamlin were arrested Saturday. Deputies with the Cabell County Sheriff's Department responded to an apartment complex on Ridge Run Road in Culloden with a suspected drug lab inside, according to a criminal complaint from the Cabell County Magistrate Court. Deputies said they discovered meth-making material in Mason jars, the complaint said. Deputies said the suspects were new tenants at the complex.
Chavez and Dailey were charged with operating a clandestine drug lab.
