Two children had to be treated by paramedics after police say they caught three people making meth in a Roane County home.
According to a criminal complaint, officers were responding to a domestic disturbance call in the 800 block of Jefferson Street in Spencer Friday.
When they got on the scene, officers say they were confronted by Ned Gipson. Officers say Gipson was acting erratically and had to be restrained.
An officer says he noticed there were two small children in the house, along with materials used to make meth in the microwave. The officer returned with a search warrant and says he found more materials used to make the drug in the bathroom, kitchen and attic.
Police say the children were treated on the scene as a precaution.
Gipson, Della Bailey and Roy Brown are all charged with attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, conspiracy and two counts of child neglect with the risk of injury.
