Police responded to a Kanawha County High School Friday afternoon, where they said a student had allegedly been threatened by her ex-boyfriend.
Police did stop a vehicle that they had issued an alert for in connection with those alleged threats, said Capt. James Agee of the St. Albans Police Department. Agee told Eyewitness News that officers did question the person of interest, who was cooperative. No charges have been filed against him.
Two additional officers responded to the school as a precaution, but the school was never put on lockdown.
