Police said a Charleston man was arrested for allegedly robbing a man who was walking on train tracks.
Christopher Lee Casdorph was charged with first-degree robbery in connection with an incident that occurred about 6 p.m. Dec. 18, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
Charleston police said Casdorph was walking with the victim, David Cole, on the train tracks when Casdorph allegedly punched Cole in the face, knocking him to the ground. Police said the suspect then took money from the victim's hand and left the scene with $40.
