A man is arrested after state police say he stabbed his cousin in Clay County.
Jacob Deems, 19, of Procious is charged with malicious wounding and simple possession after troopers say he stabbed Kenneth Cummings Junior.
Troopers say it happened Tuesday night at their home on Pumpkin Ridge in Procious. The cousins were allegedly arguing when Deems stabbed Cummings underneath the arm.
Deems is in jail, and Cummings is expected to be okay.
