A Mingo County woman missing for more than a week has been found murdered.
Mingo County Sheriff's deputies found Evelyn Farnum's body in her Jeep Sunday.
The Jeep was pulled from a lake off of Laurel Creek Road. West Virginia State Police said Donald Medley, the man living with Farnum, admitted to choking her to death during a fight last Sunday.
Troopers said his brother, Gregory Medley, then helped hide the body in the lake.
Donald Medley is facing charges of first degree murder, conspiracy and concealment of a corpse.
Gregory Medley is charged with conspiracy and concealment of a corpse. Both are being held in the South Western Regional Jail.
