Brave Souls Take The Plunge Into Ohio River

They stripped down to nearly nothing. That's how more than a hundred brave souls kicked off 2013, then jumped in the Ohio River.
Caleb Tindall said, "You got to just go for it you know. You only live once."
A gun blast was the cue for the group of Portsmouth Polar Plungers to run into the river and take a quick dip in the frigid temperatures. Stan Brewer said, "I'll do it every year until I die."
All the proceeds from the Polar Plunge help out local veterans and Hospice House.
