Firefighters are investigating a small fire that broke out in a vacant office building on Charleston's East End.
It happened in the 200 block of Leon Sullivan just after 12 a.m. Saturday.
Firefighters say it appears a homeless person was trying to keep warm and started a fire inside of the building. The flames then got out of hand and spread to two rooms.
Nobody was hurt, but the building did suffer minor damage.
