Outrage over the death of a patient at a Huntington mental hospital continues.
Matthew Pike had autism and was a patient at Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital. A year ago, while being restrained, he died.
The medical examiners report called the death a homicide.
On Friday, the anniversary of Pike's death, there was a protest at the Cabell County Courthouse. The case against the hospital worker involved in the death was thrown out by a grand-jury.
Penny Pike, Matthew's mother, called it a rally for justice.
"We are here to get justice for my son," Pike said. " It's what he deserves."
