A two-vehicle accident in Pike County, Kentucky, killed one person and injured four others.
Andrew Logan, 66, of Lexington was killed in the accident, Kentucky State Police said.
The accident happened on Wednesday on U.S. 23 South in Pikeville, according to a news release from State Police. A sport utility vehicle was making a left turn onto U.S. 23 and pulled out in front of another car driven by the victim, troopers said. Four people in the SUV were taken to Pikeville Medical Center for their injuries. Logan was transported to the hospital but was pronounced dead by the Pike County coroner.
Troopers said the victim was not wearing his seat belt.
