One person died after a Christmas Eve fire in Marion County.
It happened at a home on Speedway Avenue in Fairmont.
Fairmont Fire Chief Jijm Emerick told Eyewitness News that the fire was contained to the living room area of the home and that once crews got the fire under control, they found the victim inside. That person was taken to Fairmont General Hospital, but died later that day.
