The Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department in Wayne County has a new training tool to help save lives.
The Moses Honda Volkswagen dealership in Huntington donated a "Resusci-Anne" manikin through a grant from the West Virginia Automobile and Truck Dealers Association. The Ceredo VFD will be able to use life-saving CPR techniques to better prepare firefighters for emergencies.
"Emergency services - it's a partnership. It's a partnership from the agency and the community and businesses. In this case, Moses Automotive Center stepped up to make a big impact on Wayne County," said Clinton Burley of the Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department.
The West Virginia Automobile and Truck Dealers Association plans to make several more donations to emergency responder departments throughout the state.
