Route 61 reopened Wednesday following a two-vehicle accident in Coalburg near East Bank.
Medics on the scene had reported entrapment in the wreck that occurred about 10:45 a.m. A Metro 911 dispatcher said one person was transported to the hospital.
Route 61 reopened about an hour after the wreck occurred.

A dispatcher said the wreck happened about 10:45 a.m. on Route 61, and the road was shut down. He said units from East Bank and Belle were responding to the accident.
