Dunbar police are helping kids learn how to ride their bikes without getting injured.
It’s all part of the Safe Route to School grant.
The training session Monday at Dunbar Intermediate School was for students in third, fourth and fifth grade. The kids had an opportunity to do hands-on exercises and activities designed to teach them how to ride their bicycles safely.
Officers said it is important to keep the children safe.
