Tis' the season for giving, and one Huntington woman has taken that to heart. She works year round to make sure thousands of kids in the tri-state have a Merry Christmas.
For the past 30 years Cricket Hudson has made it her mission, to make the Christmas for thousands of children special.
Nearly 2-thousand of Cricket's Kids packed the Celebration Church on Huntington's West End, for a bite to eat, and every child walked away with some gifts.
"This helps the kids who wouldn't have had a Christmas," Hudson said. "This helps the kids who need a Christmas gift."
