We now know the name of the gunman in an attempted murder suicide in Meigs County, Ohio.
Deputies say 57-year-old Robert Hunt shot a woman and then turned the gun on himself at a home on Taylor Road in Chester Friday evening.
Hunt died from his injuries and the woman remains in the hospital. The woman's daughter was also injured as a result of the gunfire, but has been released from the hospital. Their names have not been released.
Deputies think the shooting started from a domestic dispute.
Deputies are investigating an attempted murder suicide in Meigs County, Ohio.
Investigators said a man shot a woman and then turned the gun on himself at a home on Taylor Road in Chester, Ohio, Friday afternoon.
The man died from his injuries, and the woman was flown to St. Marys Medical Center in Huntington, where her condition was unavailable. Investigators said the woman's daughter also was injured in the gunfire and was taken to the hospital. The names of the victims have not been released.
Investigators believe the shooting was a domestic-related incident.
