A Virginia man is charged with attempting to sexually assault two students on a West Virginia college campus.
Rodney Smith Jr. allegedly knocked on the residence hall room door of a couple of female students who were watching a movie at Glenville State College, Public Safety Officer Samuel Cutlip said. The officer said the students told campus police they invited Smith inside and he allegedly began asking them for sexual favors.
Cutlip said the victims told officers that Smith blocked the doorway when they attempted to leave the room.
Smith is charged with kidnapping or holding hostage and second-degree attempted sexual assault.
