A man was arrested on several charges after police say he threatened to stab an officer with a sword.
Hosea Jones, 54, of Huntington was arrested on Monday. Police said they were dispatched to a pharmacy in Huntington where the suspect allegedly threatened to kill an employee, according to Cabell County Magistrate Court documents. The victim told police the suspect was banned from the business and that he said he had a sword concealed in a cane that he would use on her, the documents said. While in custody, police said the suspect began yelling and cursing that he would stab the arresting police officer with a sword next time he saw him.
