West Virginia native and "America's Got Talent" winner - Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. is coming home for the holidays.
Murphy will perform at the Jackson County National Guard Armory facility in Millwood, West Virginia on Thursday. On Dec. 22, he will perform a Christmas Homecoming concert at the Coalfield Jamboree Theater, in his hometown of Logan.
Last month, Murphy recorded several songs for a Christmas CD, which is expected to be released next year.
The 38-year-old who went from rags to riches, is living his dream. “I’m still happiest when I’m with my family. I like it when there is no stress and I’m doing what I want to do – which is to sing,” Murphy said.
