It's the new MTV show that has everyone in West Virginia talking -- Buckwild.
And for most West Virginians, they have one reaction.
"Completely ridiculous."
The show premieres January 3rd on MTV. It follows a group of teens in the Sissonville area who, as the title suggests, like to get a little buckwild.
And Natasha Smith of Charleston says that buckwild behavior is not representing the state.
"I mean granted someone of us hunt, some of us four-wheel or ride, but I don't think it's a good image especially teen drinking and blowing up stuff."
From drinking, to mudding, to blowing things up, MTV shows it all. And that's leading to mixed feelings about the show's premiere.
"I think it's going to make us look kind of trashy. Like West Virginia already has that image where we're like hicks or whatever and it's just going to make us not look as good," said Ashley Barrett of Charleston
And Will Mayes agrees.
"It's so stereotypical to make all West Virginians look like rednecks and hillbillies."
But Candice Harper, who is from Sissonville where the show is based, thinks different.
"You know we're always going to have people who don't like it and then some who do like it," said harper, "but I personally think this is going to be great."
So whether you like it or not, get ready to get buckwild.
