A Greenup County couple is facing drug charges after police said they found drugs in their home.
Earl R. Jenkins, 46, and Jo E. Jenkins, 35, both of Danleyton, Ky. were arrested on Thursday. The Kentucky State Police got a tip about drug usage at the home on Josephine Lane in Danleyton, a news release from the State Police said. Troopers said they found pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Troopers said they discovered the couple was taking care of an elderly woman and a juvenile.
The Jenkinses were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and wanton endangerment. They are lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center.
