Officials have revised West Virginia's Superstorm Sandy death toll to seven.
The final tally has two cases not previously reported, but removes a third previously attributed to last month's storm.
The updated death toll now includes 77-year-old Gilbert Winals. He was found on the porch of his Greenbrier County residence.
The state medical examiner has concluded that weather exposure complicated Winals' chronic lung and heart disease on Oct. 31.
The other addition is Harry Whitesell. His Barbour County home was still without electricity on Nov. 6 when the 86-year-old was overcome by carbon monoxide from a gas-powered generator.
No longer on the list is a 71-year-old woman found buried beneath snow on her Webster County driveway. The medical examiner says autopsy test results show natural causes behind her death.
