If you have a craving for sushi and Japanese food, there is a new option in Charleston.
The grand opening and ribbon cutting was held Monday morning for the Umami Sushi and Hibachi Restaurant on Washington Street East. It’s located next to the Main Kwong take-out Chinese Restaurant. Both are owned by Carina Kwok.
The new restaurant is open Monday through Sunday for lunch and dinner.
