A family in Kanawha County is without a place to call home after a devastating fire.
The fire broke out at the home at 309 New Hope Road in Pinch a little after 3 am Saturday morning.
No one was home at the time and neighbors alerted those who were living there via Facebook.
The fire destroyed everything inside.
Esther Fairchild, who was living at the home, says she's glad no one was home.
Firefighters have not ruled on a cause of the fire, but Fairchild says she believes the fire is suspicious.
The fire rekindled a little later this morning, but Pinch firefighters were able to put that fire out.
