The case against the second suspect in a Huntington shooting on Nov. 6 that left two men dead, is now headed for a grand jury.
Thomas White, 21, was in Cabell County Magistrate Court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. A magistrate judge bound the case over to a grand jury that will meet later next week.
White is charged with two counts of murder during the commission of a felony. White was released from the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound and placed in police custody on Nov. 13.
Rocky Williams, 19, also was charged with two counts of murder. Two men from Detroit, Darrell Fuqua, 22, and Devonte Penn, 17, died during the shooting.
