Fifty people have been indicted by a Putnam County grand jury, including individuals now facing sex, drug and child neglect charges.
Dustin W. Allison, 22, of Woodford, Va., was indicted on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual assault. Allison is accused of having inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl in her home.
In another case, Charles Chisolm, 20, of Detroit was indicted on four counts of intent to deliver a controlled substance. Chisolm was arrested following a search by Nitro police and the Metro Drug Unit of a room at the Economy Inn because they believed the person inside had drugs. Officers said they found oxycodone and heroin, and crack cocaine in the ceiling.
Meanwhile, Leigh A. Crist, 39, of Pliny was indicted on a charge of child neglect resulting in bodily injury. Her husband, Michael Crist, was previously charged with five counts of incest, five counts of sexual abuse by a parent and five counts of second-degree sexual assault. He was accused of sexually abusing a juvenile relative for three years at a Putnam County camper.
Finally, Roger G. Doneff II, 36, of Hurricane was indicted on charges of sexual abuse by a guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, first-degree sexual abuse and use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.
