A Fayette County woman who admitted being the driver in a pharmacy robbery has been sentenced to two years in federal prison.
U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin says 34-year-old Christina Foster of Montgomery was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Charleston.
Foster previously admitted she drove Ken I. Davis of Pittsburgh to and from the New River Family Health Center Pharmacy near Scarbro in June 2008. Court records show $3,000 worth of oxycodone and morphine pills were stolen.
The 31-year-old Davis pleaded guilty in August to conspiracy to commit pharmacy robbery. He faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Dec. 3.
