Police say they believe that a group of about four individuals may be responsible for graffiti that has been referred to as the work of the "Dice Man."
More than 20 buildings and vehicles have been "tagged" by vandals who spray painted the word "dice." The vandals have been very bold, even calling out Police Sgt. Bobby Eggleton with expletives.
On Wednesday night, the vandals hit four more places in Charleston. The damage goes from Florida Street to Bigley Avenue. Three vehicles with the West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services were recently vandalized in the parking garage of the Charleston Town Center Mall. A Charleston Fire Department vehicle also was vandalized.
Eggleton said with the amount of damage the vandals have caused, they more than likely will be facing numerous felonies.
