State Police arrested a St. Albans woman on multiple drug charges after they said they found materials to manufacture meth within a garage apartment.
Nicole A. Boling, 33, was arrested about 5 p.m. Monday and charged with the purchase of Sudafed to manufacture meth, attempting to operate a meth lab, conspiracy to manufacture meth and possession of Sudafed in an altered state, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
State troopers said they responded to 200 ½ Joseph Road in St. Albans and were told there was a meth lab in the garage apartment. The officers said they received consent to search the apartment and Bolin was arrested after the meth materials were found, the complaint said.
