Vietnam veterans were scheduled to have special recognition in Monday’s Veterans Day parade in Ripley.
The city’s Veterans Day Facebook page said 75 Vietnam veterans would be serving as parade marshals.
Opening ceremonies for Monday’s activities were scheduled at Main and Church streets at 9:30 a.m. with the parade getting under way at 10 a.m.
A ceremony was planned on the courthouse lawn following the parade.
