A man who escaped from the West Virginia State Police detachment in South Charleston is back in police custody.
Cornelio Ramon Rodriguez, 22, climbed out of a bathroom window at the detachment about midnight Saturday.
Rodriguez was originally arrested on charges of carrying a concealed and deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Rodriguez turned himself in on Sunday night.
Troopers said Rodriguez also gave them a fake name when they first arrested him.
Rodriguez is currently in the South Central Regional Jail. More charges are pending.
West Virginia State Police need your help to find a man who escaped from their custody.
Troopers said Cornelio Ramon Rodriguez, 22 was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. While he was being processed at the detachment in South Charleston about midnight Saturday, troopers said, Rodriguez was able to escape through a small restroom window.
Rodriguez is described as a white hispanic male, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue-hooded sweatshirt and brown loafers. Troopers also said he has a tattoo of the Bible on his right shoulder.
