Two Kanawha County men accused of breaking a toddler's leg by practicing pro-wrestling moves on her will avoid going to jail.
Kanawha Circuit Judge Charlie King sentenced James Miller. 24, to nine months home confinement Wednesday.
The judge ordered 18 months home confinement for co-defendant Andrew Young, 26.
Child abuse charges were dropped earlier when the men pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges.
The 2-year-old girl was allegedly injured during a "choke slamming" move in a South Charleston home in May 2010.
The incident where the men pleaded guilty involved a separate act where a shop vacuum was used on a child's face.
