A fugitive wanted for accusations of assaulting a juvenile in Kentucky was arrested over the weekend.
Nicholas Ballou, 24, was arrested by Kentucky State Police at a home on Wallow Hole Road in Elliott County.
Ballou is charged with assault and first-degree criminal abuse.
